Refund and Returns Policy

At Kaazle, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Currently, Kaazle does not offer a return policy on any products. Once the item is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned unless it is:

  • Incorrect
  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kaazle.com or call us at +91 96442 24437.

Note: We require clear photos/videos of the product and the packaging for verification.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock after the order is placed.
  • You received the wrong or damaged product, and after verification, we cannot replace it.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
