Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the third-party supplier’s dispatch time. Typically, orders are delivered within 7–14 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected products and locations. Please check the availability at checkout. For custom design products, COD is not available.
Third-Party Suppliers
Kaazle collaborates with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill your orders. Items may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses.
Delays and Issues
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, supplier delays, or courier issues. We will do our best to update you if significant delays happen.
